Wilderness Dance Registration

Thank you very much for your interest in registering for the upcoming Wilderness Dance Vision Quest. In order to adequately plan for the participation and safety of all participants, we ask you to complete the following steps.

1. Read the following Cancellation and Payment Policies
2. Complete your Health Questionnaire
3. Read and sign the Waiver of Liability
4. Complete your Wilderness Dance Registration

5. Pay your $50 deposit (*subject to restrictions below).
Upon approval of registration the deposit will be applied to your program fee.
