Wilderness Dance is the choreographic collaboration of Jesse and Amber Walker.  Amber and Jesse met dancing in the May Day parade in 1999.  Together they attended the University of Utah's department of Modern Dance and both received MFA's.  They have created many dance works for the stage and for the video camera. 

In 2008 they decided to take a recess from running Wilderness in order to process a decade of dancing, to pursue other interests, and to lay the financial foundation to raise a family. 

In time they plan to take up choreography again with a renewed perspective.  In the meantime, enjoy this webpage and whatever dancing opportunities life brings your way.
